Lost in the labyrinth of life, we unknowingly absorb the shadows of others, casting a veil over our true selves. Yet something inside is calling us to search for something greater, we can end up seeking this in many different ways which takes us away from the ultimate truth!!
The truth is, that which you are seeking is also seeking you, however everything you need is already within you!

Imagine leaving a mirror in the attack for 30-50 years, the dust build-up over that time would make it nearly impossible to see your true reflection, wouldn’t it?
Taking the time to clean up the build-up of dust blocking the mirror would allow you to see a perfect reflection once again.
If only cleaning off the imprints/habits of life were as easy as cleaning a mirror. It takes time, dedication, and commitment to cleanse the body and mind conditioning to reveal the omnipresent self.

Think about a skyscraper that has to be taken down one piece at a time, each piece would need to also be cleaned. It could take years to get to the foundation of the skyscraper, once at the foundations everything would need to be changed before it could be rebuilt again.

I have spent the last 24 years seeking this truth. This journey has taken me on many trips, to many teachings including Yoga, meditation, NLP, hypnosis, ancient yogic philosophy (Vedas) energy healing, many religious teachings, searching for god, and more.
Throughout all the above, I came to realise there is a golden thread that runs through everything, and that golden thread is the self that resides within all things. It is immortal, not bound by time or space.
In my experience coming to know the one true self is to know everything while becoming nothing.
